Repliant AI Terms and Conditions — agreement governing use of our AI-powered customer support platform, subscriptions, data, and acceptable use.

By accessing or using Repliant AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

Repliant AI provides an AI-powered customer support platform for automating interactions, managing conversations and tickets, integrating with third-party services, analyzing interactions, and managing workflows and knowledge bases.

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service illegally, transmit harmful content, disrupt servers, gain unauthorized access, scrape without permission, reverse engineer, resell without consent, or send spam or phishing content.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at the end of your billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The service is owned by Repliant AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant us a license to operate the service.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repliant AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify Repliant AI from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases.
